Orders can be collected from our address in Bidston, Wirral or posted to you with free delivery.  At present we only deliver to addresses within the UK.

Carrying Connects keep a selection of stock in house for fast delivery within 2-3 working days, while some items will be dispatched directly from our suppliers to you with 7-10 working days.

Should you require your carrier or sling within a specific time frame, please get in touch to confirm this prior to ordering.  Next day delivery may be possible for an additional charge.

Carrying Connects is proud to be a small family business, working around our young child. With that in mind, we will do our best to answer any queries and accommodate requests, as soon as we are able.



Purchasing a gift

Due to some items dispatching directly from our suppliers, we are unable to offer gift wrapping, or ensure that orders will be sent without pricing inside.

Should you wish to return an item please get in touch as we pride ourselves on our ability to support any parent or caregiver towards their perfect fit carrier, and should be able to offer you a part refund or credit towards another item if your chosen item does not fit the bill.

Your order can be returned for a refund for the total cost of your item/s within 14 days from receipt of your delivery as per The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. We are unable to refund or reimburse any postage and packaging costs, should you change your mind on a product.

Items must be returned in an as-new condition, unused and in their original packaging, with all accessories and instructions. If you return an item which is not in an as new condition your refund may be declined or you may be offered a partial refund to account for the resale condition. We recommend you use a tracked service as the goods remain your responsibility until they are in our possession.


Digital Downloads

Orders of digital downloads are exempt for cancellation or refund once delivered, unless an issue arises with the delivered product which cannot be rectified. Please notify Carrying Connects within 7 days of receipt of your digital download order.


Damaged/not to specification items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please notify Carrying Connects within 7 days of receipt of delivery.  A replacement shall be sent, alternatively, you may request a full refund. We may request you to return the item(s) and will either provide a freepost returns label or reimburse you of the postage cost. We recommend you use a tracked service as the goods remain your responsibility until they are in our possession.


Supply of consultation services

In the unlikely event a consultation service did not meet your expectations; please get in touch, within 7 calendar days of your consultation date, to discuss any additional need you may have.



You may cancel an item order, before it is dispatched, for a full refund, or a consultant service up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Within 24 hours of a booked consultation, please notify us to arrange to reschedule your appointment within a reasonable amount of time.


Orders lost in the post

We’ll replace free of charge or refund in full an item which is deemed to be lost in the post. We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item, or in line with our postal carrier’s lost package reporting process.


Refund method

If a refund is due to you for any reason, Carrying Connects shall refund the payment card originally used.


Return Process

To initiate a return or refund please begin by emailing including within your email your name, order ID, email address and postal address used on your order, and the item details you wish to return with as much detail as possible for the reason.  These will aide our dealing with your request promptly.

Please allow up to 14 days for refund processing.
